The 2026 MIAA Basketball Championships Return to UMBC’s Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena on February 22

Triple-Header to feature the A, B and C Conference Championships

ANNAPOLIS, MD - For the fourth year running, the MIAA Basketball Championships will return to UMBC’s Chesapeake Employer’s Insurance Arena on Sunday, February 22nd, in Baltimore Maryland.

The Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) has continued its five-year partnership with game day operator, Legendary Sports Group, to produce the triple-header event featuring the A, B and C Conference championship games.

Tickets to attend the event will be available for pre-sale on January 26th and will grant access to all three championship conference games that day....
