Other A Conference games Friday saw Boys’ Latin beat St. Mary’s (0-6) 9-5, and Archbishop Spalding defeated John Carroll (1-5) 16-9.

Saturday, one of the most entertaining games of the season happened at Gilman as St. Paul’s gave Gilman its first conference loss of the season with a 17-15 decision. Jack Iannantuono posted a five-goal game with an assist, including a key goal with 32 seconds to play to halt a Greyhounds late rally. Jay Wilkerson scored five times for Gilman.

Tuesday at 4 pm, Curley hosts Saints Peter & Paul, and the winner will be the only remaining undefeated team in the B Conference. Also, St. Vincent Pallotti hosts Gerstell in another important game between teams in the current top four. Wednesday, Park travels to Indian Creek (0-5).

Last Saturday, Saints Peter & Paul stayed unbeaten in B play after a 12-6 home victory over St. Vincent Pallotti.
