Media Credential Request Form

Thank you for your interest in covering the MIAA A Conference Lacrosse Semifinals and MIAA A and B Conference Finals. Please complete the media credential request form

PLEASE NOTE: Only applications received by Sunday May 10th at 12:00PM will be eligible for review. Sideline access is reserved for ACCREDITED MEDIA. Media personnel with access on behalf of competing MIAA schools will be provided by those schools' Athletic Department. Approval statuses will be communicated no later than 8:00PM on Sunday, May 10th.

​​​NO CREDENTIALS WILL BE ISSUED THE DAY OF.

Media space at Stevenson on Friday is going to be especially tight due to the size of the venue. Thank you for your understanding.
