The 2025 MIAA Basketball Championships Return to UMBC’s Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena on February 22
Triple-Header to feature the A, B and C Conference Championships

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – For the third year running, the MIAA Basketball Championships will return to UMBC’s Chesapeake Employer’s Insurance Arena on Saturday, February 22nd, in Baltimore Maryland.
The Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) has partnered with game day operator, Legendary Sports Group, to produce the triple-header event featuring the A, B and C Conference championship games.
Tickets to attend the event will be available for pre-sale on January 15th and will grant access to all three championship conference games that day.
Championship Schedule
B Conference: 4:00PM
A Conference: 6:00PM
C Conference: 8:00PM
Students, families and sports fans witnessed three teams crowned in last year’s championship in front of a crowd of almost 3,500 fans. Mount Saint Joseph High School is the defending champion of the A Conference, Severn School in the B Conference, and Saints Peter & Paul in the C Conference.

In addition to General Admission and Student-discounted tickets with valid Student ID, a limited number of Courtside Seats will be available, inches from the action. These VIP seats sold out quickly last season and fans are encouraged to purchase early.

All three championship games will be livestreamed on YouTube, MIAAChampionships.com and ForTheFan Network.
